Globenesti provides cargo transportation services within and from France. Our services include but are not limited to freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics solutions.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their cargo
• Ensuring their cargo complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Paying all fees associated with our services
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account information

4. Liability

Globenesti's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Loss or damage due to improper packaging by the client
• Any indirect or consequential losses

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check our Terms periodically for changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
